	Taigh-togalach is a well appointed stone-built 3 bedroom cottage on one level with no steps to access. It is fully double glazed with oil-fired central heating and offers the following comfortable accommodation for 6 people:
	Living room: 3 + 2 + 1 leather suit, folding dining table & chairs, colour television with digital freeview receiver, VCR, hi-fi, coffee tables, small selection of games and books.
		Kitchen: Fitted kitchen with split-level electric oven and hob, dish-washer, fridge/freezer, microwave, crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils, dining table and benches, radio cassette player; Washer/dryer, ironing board and iron, pegs, clothes airer, vacuum cleaner.
	Bathroom: Refurbished to a high standard to include 900x900 quadrant shower, bath, toilet, wash-hand basin, heated towel rail.
		Bedroom 1: King-size bed, duvet and pillows, bedside cabinets and lamps, radio alarm clock, wardrobe, chest of drawers with mirror, towel rail, settee.
	Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, duvets and pillows, bedside cabinets and lamps, radio alarm clock, wardrobe with drawers, towel rail, chair.
	Bedroom 3: Double bed, duvet and pillows, individual reading lamps, radio alarm clock, wardrobe with drawers, towel rail, chair.
	To the front of the cottage is a garden and drive with parking for two cars. To the rear is a large enclosed garden with patio area complete with patio table and chairs. There is also a shed should you require storage for your bikes. Well-behaved dogs and children are welcome. Bed linen is provided and a cot is available on request. A telephone is provided for incoming calls - outgoing calls by arrangement .
